By resorting to shortcuts, and to save money, applicants approach local typewriting centers, so-called agents or sub-agents who sits outside local courts, various ministries, or embassies or some middlemen to get their attestation done. It is advisable to avoid fly-by-night operators / so-called agents or sub-agents mostly hanging around the embassies, courts and charge less than market rates.
